  Spark Careers helps pre-university students explore future academic and career pathways. A student might start with a personality quiz result or a sentence about their goals. From there, we encourage them to follow the trail into related careers, majors, and a library of curated articles.

• How we use the Holland Code

  Our personality quiz uses The Holland Code, also known as the RIASEC model, a long-established framework for thinking about interests and work environments. We use it as a starting point to help students notice patterns in what they enjoy and suggest careers or majors worth exploring first.
